Tata Motors has officially launched its much-anticipated electric coupe SUV, the Curvv EV in India, Price starting at Rs 17.49 lakh(ex-showroom), The launch marks another significant step towards Tata’s commitment to electric mobility in India.

The Curvv EV comes with two battery pack options: a 45kWh unit delivering a range of 502 km and a larger 55kWh battery with a claimed range of 585 km. Both variants are built on the company’s acti.ev platform and support ultra-fast charging, allowing for a 150 km range boost in just 15 minutes.
The Curvv EV boasts a striking design, featuring sleek lines, a futuristic front fascia, a unique coupe-like roofline and the all-new 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, door-mounted wing mirrors and new flush door handles making it the first Tata car to feature such a door-handle setup.
Inside, the cabin is equipped with a host of modern features, including a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, connected car technology, with the trapezoidal AC vents, touch-based climate control, a panoramic sunroof, powered tailgate with gesture control, a two-step rear seat recline function, a 9-speaker JBL sound system, an Arcade.ev app suite and more.
The safety features include 6 airbags, electric parking brake with auto hold, electronic stability control, driver doze-off alert and a 360-degree camera with reverse parking assist as standard. For top variants, the Curvv EV offers a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), blind-spot monitoring, and Level 2 advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) tech suite along with autonomous emergency braking.
With the launch of the Curvv EV, Tata Motors further strengthens its position as a leader in the India’s electric car market. Bookings for the car are set to open from August 12, 2024.
