Hyundai has launched the 2024 Alcazar facelift in India at a starting price of Rs 14.99 lakh(ex-showroom). The mid-size SUV comes with a range of updates, including a new design, more features, and a revised engine lineup.
The 2024 Alcazar gets a major design overhaul with a new front fascia that features a larger grille, quad-beam LED headlamps, and H-Shaped LED DRL’s. The rear end is also new with redesigned LED taillights, new 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and a revised bumper.
The 2024 Alcazar is available with petrol and diesel engine options:
- 1.5L diesel engine that produces 114 bhp and 250 Nm of torque
- 1.5L petrol engine that produces 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque
Both engines are mated to a 6-speed manual/ transmission and 7-speed DCT for petrol engine.
The interior of the 2024 Alcazar has been updated with a new 10.25-inch digital touchscreen infotainment system, and a new steering wheel. The SUV also gets dual-zone auto climate control, a panoramic sunroof, a Bose 8-speaker surround system and a wireless charger.
The second row now gets a new captain seats configuration with reclining and ventilation functions. The Alcazar also gets Level 2 ADAS tech with 19 safety features, 6 air bags, hill decent control and a 360 degree camera.
New Hyundai Alcazar facelift is available in 6 and 7 seater configurations and 4 variants – Executive, Prestige, Platinum, Signature. The Alcazar competes with the likes of the Tata Safari, Mahindra Thar Roxx, and Toyota Innova Crysta.
