Revolt Motors has launched its first entry level electric commuter bike, the RV1 in India. The RV1 standard is priced at Rs 84,990 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the top spec RV1+ at Rs 99,990.
The RV1 standard is powered by a 2.2 kW battery with a range of 100 km on a single charge and the RV1+ comes with a 3.24 kW battery that can get up to 160 km on single charge. The both the variants has a top speed of 70 km/h and the RV1 can charge 0-80% in 2 hrs 15 min, while RV+ takes 3 hrs 30 min.
The RV1 boasts a typical commuter style design with 2.8 kW motor via a chain drive with disc brakes at both ends with CBS. It comes with features, including a 6-inch LCD instrument cluster, LED headlamp, a long single-seat with V-shaped taillights at the back. The bike also offered with a reverse mode and a built in charger storage.
Revolt Rv1 electric bike bookings are open now with deliveries expected to begin shortly in 10 days across India.
